25 days until my Bachelor’s in biology is complete. 25 days. Nervous. Hopeful. Excited.
I miss my boy.
It’s raining.
I need him.
Roofs are rad, lights I like, hot water is hopping, cars are crazy, faucets are fancy, soap is sweet, but most of camping is cool.
After spending a few days in the woods I appreciate modern conveniences so much more. I recommend a visit to Byron Lake near Glennie for good fishing and solitude. Don’t forget your hiking boots, it’s quite a ways from anywhere.
God has recently revealed to me that we are not cut from the same cloth and I am learning to love myself for who He made me. Trusting in Him puts me at peace. If you can, breathe deeply and just take a moment to spend some time with Him.
My children will do it differently I babysit at random intervals. While on my child watching escapades I will bring a craft or food for us to make. After accomplishing this task we move outside but normally parents leave in the evening for dinner or a party so I am forced to entertain the kids inside. We play card and board games until the kids need their electronic device and processed food fix. If they don’t have their Reese’s Puffs, believe me, the world will end. Taking a Wii controller (Wiimote) from a child is like taking the needle from a heroine addict. These are not my children and having Nintendo occupy them does not bother me but my children will not live this life.
After spending $36,000 a year on school I’ve realized that I want to be a gardener.
Mi familia es mi corazón. Los amo.
